Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by from the arrival of your purchase, and/or the product has been removed from original packaging, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.
To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Once proof has been received, we will send a box for you to send the item back. The replacement will be mailed when the damaged item has been received by 3 Ravens Metaphysical Shoppe.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your item.
If you are approved, then a replacement item will be processed, and shipped to the address indicated at checkout.
**** PLEASE NOTE: Refunds are NOT applicable to our Private Tarot and Oracle Readings, Reiki Healing Session and Massage Therapy Sessions. They also do not apply to any retail or subscription boxes. We will replace broken or damaged items, or exchange if wrong size/copy/edition was ordered. Customer will be expected to pay the difference if the correct item needed is more expensive. If the item is cheaper, 3 Ravens Metaphysical Shoppe will send a Gift Card via e-mail with the difference.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
If canceling your subscription box, a full 25 days notice is required. Because Subscription boxes are billed 1st of every month, this means you will need to give notification between the 1st and the 6th of the month before. Example: If you email to cancel your subscription on the 20th of January, you will still be charged on the 1st of February and sent that month's subscription box, however, you will not receive the box for March or the charge. If you email on January 4th to cancel, your cancelation will immediately go into effect and you will not be charged for the February cycle or sent a box.
